INTRODUCTION
On behalf of the organising committee, we cordially invite academia, researchers and practitioners in communication and media field to our 3rd INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON COMMUNICATION AND MEDIA 2012 (i-COME’12). This is indeed an exciting global conference at the heart of South-east Asia organised by the Universiti Utara Malaysia. This conference will surely inspire creative ideas and promise countless opportunities related to the organisational and social change tracks of communication and media. i-COME’12 promises a truly memorable gathering of distinguished scholars, researchers and professionals.
